The Bursar’s Office is located in the Education/Administration Building, Room 110D. The Bursar is available for walk-ins Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Cost of Attendance

The College of the Muscogee Nation’s tuition and fee rates are established by the Board of Regents, and upon the number of credit hours in which a student is enrolled. Tuition does not include special fees. Auditing a course(s) is the same rate as a course(s) taken for credit. Tuition and fees for all courses at CMN are $146.50 per credit hour regardless of a student’s residence status. Additional fees include Remedial Supplementary Fee: $18.50 per credit hour, Advanced Standing Examination Fee: $5.00, Late Enrollment Fee: $10.00, Off-Campus Electronic Media Fee: $25.00 per term, and Application Fee, $15.00. Additional lab fees may apply to specific programs.

Room and Board

Students living in resident housing units will have rent of $1,815.00 per trimester charged to their CMN Bursar Accounts. Residential Meal Plans (20 meals per week) are provided to housing students for $1,214.00 per trimester, and are charged to the students Bursar Accounts. Commuter Meal Plans* (20 meals) are available to CMN student enrolled in at least 9 credit hours for $100.00.

Textbooks and Supplies

Textbooks purchased in the Ravens Nest Bookstore during the add/drop period may be charged to the student’s Bursar Account. Students may also charge up to $40.00 worth of allowable academic supplies, these supplies may include:

Payment of Accounts

Bursar Accounts are payable for the fall, spring and summer sessions by the end of the add/drop period. CMN reserve the right to withhold grades, academic transcripts and diplomas until all financial obligations to the college is satisfied. Students with delinquent accounts will not be permitted to complete enrollment or attend class.

Application of Financial Aid Awards

To receive financial aid, degree-seeking students enrolled in six or more hours must file the current tax year’s FAFSA, along with applying for specific scholarships. CMN’s Bursar’s Office will apply all financial aid awards to students’ Bursar Accounts after receiving the disbursement. For students that submit the Bursar Authorization form, the Bursar’s Office will apply financial aid payments to both academic and non-academic charges. In the event of a credit balance on the Bursar Account, students will be contacted via email regarding their reimbursement options.
