Complete a U.S. Department of Education FSA ID Registration if you do not have an FSA ID to use for your electronic signature.

• An FSA ID is a username and password that you must use to log in to certain U.S. Department of Education (ED) websites. Your FSA ID identifies you as someone who has the right to access your own personal information on ED websites such as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
• You will need your social security number, mobile phone number and/or email address.

•  Social Security card.
• W-2 forms and tax returns specified on the FAFSA. Current balance of cash, checking and savings accounts.
• Determine your dependency status with our Dependency Questionnaire. If you’re a dependent student, you’ll also need your parents’ financial information.

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) FAFSA website. CMN school code is 042249 (you will use your FSA ID and password to log in)

FAFSA application opens October 1^st for the following academic year.

JANUARY 15TH IS THE FAFSA PRIORITY FILING DEADLINE FOR OKLAHOMAs certain state aid (OTAG/OKLAHOMA PROMISE).

• If eligible, please use IRS Data Retrieval Tool it makes the application process easier by transferring your tax information directly into your FAFSA

Review the Student Aid Report

• After completing FAFSA you will receive conformation email though the email you provided on your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This email will include a link to your Student Aid Report (SAR).
• Review the SAR and make any corrections (if needed).
• Your SAR will have the Estimated Family Contribution.
