It has come to our attention that Google email accounts are rejecting messages from CMN emails.
This has been occurring since at least June 30th which has affected Gmail and Google workspace customers, such as K12 schools (e.g. @gmail.com, @k12.ok.us domains). CMN IT has been working to correct the issue but we do not have an estimated time for resolving the problem.
If you sent a message from your Google email account and not received a response, please reach out to CMN again with your alternate email or phone number. We will follow up with a response to the alternate email or phone number.
