Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society is the international honor society of two-year colleges and academic programs, particularly state colleges and community colleges. It also includes Associate degree-granting programs offered by four-year colleges. In 2018, PTK celebrated 100 years and in that same year, BETA CHI RHO chapter was organized and made the College of the Muscogee Nation the first tribal college to be inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Division III, District 9.

The BETA CHI RHO Chapter encourages lifelong learners, personal growth, professional development, and intellectual advancement for our students and ourselves. The purpose of the BETA CHI RHO Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at the College of the Muscogee Nation (CMN) is the promotion of scholarship, the development of leadership and service, and the cultivation of fellowship among qualified students of the college.

 

QUALIFICATION:

  • Degree seeking: Completed twelve (12) credit hours at CMN
  • GPA: 3.5
  • Candidates: members must be a student at CMN
