The College of the Muscogee Nation Board of Regents is a board of five members created by tribal law and appointed by the Principal Chief and confirmed by the National Council. The Board issues degrees, determines the curricula and courses of study and establishes student fees and tuition rates. In addition, the Muscogee Creek Nation allocates funds to the institution for operation and maintenance from tribal appropriations and other funds which are made to the board.
