The CMN Institutional Review Board will meet on the second Friday of every other month except for December and January. *The August meeting will be moved to Thursday due to the Annual Employee Meeting taking place the following day.

All completed applications with supporting documents must be turned into the CMN IRB Chair one week prior to the scheduled meeting date. The CMN IRB Chair may use discretion in accepting late applications or scheduling meeting dates.
