To be eligible for general admission, the student must provide the following:
Upload during application process, or email to [email protected], E-scripted via Parchment or mail to CMN 2170 Raven Circle Okmulgee, Ok. 74447. *Please allow two weeks to six weeks if your transcript is mailed.)
These can be obtained through your High School or your local Health Department. Exemptions can be obtained through the Admissions Office.
Once you have submitted your application, our first communication will be sent to your email. Our admissions staff will keep you updated on your status and guide you through the next steps in the process. CMN students must demonstrate academic proficiency before enrollment in a given subject area. Academic proficiency determines one’s eligibility to enroll in specific courses or placement in remedial classes during a student’s first trimester of enrollment. Cultural enrichment certificates and relevant courses may be excluded from this requirement.
Students must prove academic proficiency in one of four ways:
Students who do not meet the above requirements may be required to take remedial courses to remove their deficiencies.
Begin creating your class schedule and meeting with an academic advisor who will guide you through your degree path. Students with fewer than 30 complete credit hours will speak with one of our freshman advisors.
